1. Are there any Upfront Fees or Hidden Costs?
Answer: NO! You only pay when your home is SOLD! If your home does not sell you owe us nothing.

2. How can you charge only 1% vs the overpriced 6% companies?
Answer: We do volume business by streamlining the sales process and using state of the art, computerized industry leading technology to let us sell more homes and pass the savings on to our clients.
By charging less for our Full Service we list and sell more homes and get added referral business from our previous clients.

3. What Websites will my home appear on?
Answer: With MLS listings your home is exposed to all websites linking to Metrolist MLS and Syndicated at no cost to you to the following websites. With non-MLS listings in addition to this website your home will be Syndicated at no cost to you to the following websites:





4. Are your agents Realtors®?
Answer: Yes! Our agents belong to the:
National Association of Realtors®
California Association of Realtors®
Sacramento Association of Realtors®
and we are licensed by the California Department of Real Estate.

5. If I choose can I place my home into the local MLS?
Answer: Yes! We are members of the local MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and can enter your home into the computerized system so other Realtors® can show and sell your home. When you enter your home into the MLS most Sellers offer, in addition to our 1% listing fee, another 2.5% for cooperating agents (thus a 3.5% total).
Even if your home is in the MLS and you or we find the Buyer (no other agent is involved) you will not owe us the additional 2.5%.
We provide a FULL Service residential brokerage for only 1%.


6. My current listing expired at a list price of $500,000 and I feel its Time for a Change because I want to go in a Different Direction. Can you help sell my home?
Answer: First, we'll use our Time Tested and Proven Marketing System to provide your home with Maximum Exposure. Second, Most Sellers are limited in their ability to reasonably price their home in today's market due to the overpriced 6% fee charged by most firms.
When you list your $500,000 home with us in the MLS at a total commission of 3.5% (1% for us and 2.5% for cooperating agents) you'll Save $12,500 in commissions vs. 6%.
Now you can afford to lower your list price to $487,500. (If you decide not to include your home in the MLS you'll save vs. 6% a total of $25,000 in commissions. Now you can afford to lower your list price to $475,000.) You receive the identical net closing cash due Seller, the Buyer gets your home for $12,500 (or $25,000) less, the Buyer's agent receives an acceptable 2.5% and we ENABLE the whole sale to work by reducing our commission side.

7. Will my North American-Realtors® Agent personally handle my escrow from start to finish?
Answer: When you hire a North American-Realtors® Agent, you expect and deserve your agent's personalized FULL SERVICE. Our agents do NOT hand your file to an unlicensed (non-Realtor®) escrow coordinator/processor.
From the initial meeting to list your home, thru the negotiation of all offers, all the way until escrow closes you will only deal with your original FULL SERVICE North American-Realtors® Agent.

8. If my home is worth $100,000 do you have a minimum listing fee?
Answer: Yes! Our minimum listing fee is $1,500 (1% of $150,000 Home Value). The More your home is worth the More Money you Save!
